From What Details To Find The Hoisting Belt Damage?

Different use environment, hoisting belt will have damage hidden danger, in the daily inspection and maintenance, we should from what details to pay attention to find the hoisting belt damage?

1. Normal damage When used normally, the surface fibers of the hoisting belt will be damaged, which belongs to the normal damage range. Theoretically, this surface damage has little effect on the performance of the hoisting zone, but the effect is likely to change.

With the use of long time, and the frequency of use, in the hoisting should be reduced some load-bearing.

2. Edge Damage Attention should be paid to the damage at the edge of the hoisting belt. Generally only in the hoisting belt when the use of force stretching, will cause edge wear, at this time need to observe what caused the wear of the hoisting belt, should immediately stop using, hoisting adjustment.

If the wear is serious, it should be scrapped.

3. Cut Mouth damage The biggest difference between the cutting port and the edge wear of the hoisting belt is that the wear is not particularly serious when the hoisting belt can continue to be used, but if it is found that the hoisting belt transverse or longitudinal cutting, the ribbon edge of the cutting mouth, pins or ring eye cut should be immediately discontinued, scrapped.

Because the hoisting belt is made of synthetic fiber disposable weaving, small cuts in the hoisting will be a safety hazard.

4. Chemical erosion The hoisting belt was chemically eroded. The hoisting belt material is divided into polyester and polypropylene, chemical erosion will lead to local weakening of the hoisting belt or softening of the fiber ribbon, the first to be affected by the suture line, the shedding of the suture line means the overall damage of the hoisting belt.
